Romantic Relais Sorrento

Antonella's personal touch made breakfast nice.

We have just arrived back from 5 days staying at the beautiful Romantic Relais guest house celebrating my husband's 50th birthday and would definitely recommend it. This place is a great place to relax and unwind, but also easily accessible to the Centre with a short shuttle ( of which Antonella or Giuseppe would give you a lift too and from the centre at a time to suit) as you are at the top of a hill. We had the Shakespeare suite which was lovely and spacious with some special touches and a fantastic balcony that we could relax in the sunshine and look out at the amazing view.

Very helpful and friendly staff, they made us feel very welcome. Beautiful rooms with views across the bay of Naples. Rooms were spotlessly clean and maid service every day. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from especially the delicious cakes and pastries. Hot tub was great to relax in after a long day exploring the beautiful Amalfi coast line.

Totally recommend for a holiday

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, the beautiful terrace provided excellent views of the sunset during breakfast, and the free parking made exploring the area convenient.

had an absolutely amazing stay in our short visit to the amalfi coast, everything was nice. the double room we stayed in were nicely decorated with a terrace. the location turned out to be stunning, not far from a quiet nature surrounding, and downtown and back.

Neat room with really nice bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. An iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment - very useful.

Antonella and Giuseppe provide excellent customer service.

We found it impossible to access English TV channels during our three-night visit. The hotel's remote location seems charming until you realize how limiting it is without a car. The shuttle seemed unreliable at times, leading to several delays.

beautiful views but challenging access

The room I stayed in, with its amazing sea view, created a romantic atmosphere every morning! The hosts were kind, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious homemade pastries and fresh fruit, made for a good start to the day. The garden view during sunset was a splendid sight.

Accessing town can be tricky due to the limited shuttle schedule.

Amazing Views of Mount Vesuvius

Absolutely fine views! The homemade breakfast was the best, with a wide variety of good pastries and fresh fruit every morning. And the staff? They were super friendly.

perfect base for exploring picturesque sorento and its attractions

during my stay, I enjoyed a refreshing morning stroll to the beautiful Deep Valley of the Mills, just almost 2 km away, and later visited the charming Sorrento Cathedral, located a little over 2 km from the hotel, making each day full of good discoveries.

Chur! The stay was beautiful with the fine views over Sorrento and Vesuvius. But I reckon the shuttle service could've been a bit more reliable. Sweet as!

Our honeymoon was a dream come true, with a warm welcome from the attentive hosts who made us feel incredibly special. The meals prepared by Antonella were exceptional. enjoying dinner on the rooftop terrace while watching the sunset is a memory we will cherish forever. The spacious room with a private garden was the perfect retreat after a day exploring local attractions, and the convenience of the shuttle made our travels stress-free. Truly, we can't recommend this experience highly enough!

The fine rooftop terrace offers amazing views, especially during sunset. Daily refreshments and little treats add a nice touch to the cozy accommodations.

It's about a 7-minute drive up a steep hill from the town center, which can be a hassle if you want to be right in the middle of the action, although there's a free shuttle service during certain hours. There aren't many entertainment options on-site, aside from breakfast. The lack of a pool or wellness facilities might leave some wanting more. Limited dining options outside breakfast and dinner can feel restrictive, especially if you prefer a more casual setting. Accessing English TV channels was a minor annoyance, and the jacuzzi was reported as out of order. Finally, be prepared to reserve dinner in advance. It's not always easy if plans change.
